Your installation might be missing a SALConfig.xml file.
On your client add a new file called:
Quote:SALConfig.xml


Place the file on a location of the WebCapture installation like:
Quote:C:\ProgramData\Kofax\WebCapture\

In the file add the following lines:
Code:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<licensing>
<servers>
<server>KofaxLicenseServerName</server>
</servers>
</licensing>

Add a registry key with a string value that point to your .xml file:

Code:

KEY:
32-bit machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kofax\SALicClient\
64-bit machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Kofax\SALicClient\

Now try again.
When you add the license server, it will be added to the  SALConfig.xml in:  <server>KofaxLicenseServerName</server>
